Note: Hotel rooms at the Hilton are close to sold out. Check
with the Hilton first to determine whether they still have rooms
available at the $129 rate. If not, another block of hotel rooms at
$129 has been secured at the Portland Marriott City Center, just a few

is indicated when you go to the website; these rooms are NOT booked
under CLAC's name but under the Service Learning Research
Conference. Alternatively you can make reservations by calling

Portland Marriott City Center and referring to the Service Learning
Research Conference group block. These rooms will be held at this rate
until September 12, but are subject to availability so we encourage
you to reserve quickly. Downtown Portland hotels are very busy in
mid-October.
To get to the Hilton from the airport, take the MAX Red Line (the fare is $1.95) in the direction of Beaverton Transit Center. Get off at the Mall/SW 5th Avenue MAX station and walk 0.2 miles southwest to the Hilton Hotel.
